📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🕒 Pre-Order Policy

Items marked as pre-order are not ready for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item before it becomes available.


  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are ready.
  • Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors, but we will keep you updated throughout the process.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

We offer both domestic and international shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays and customs processing.

💸 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

🌐 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mendez™ is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses..
