Shipping policy

At Mendez™ we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is £5.00 and normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, high demand, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at mendeztm0@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the damage where possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and charges, where offered, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
